Definitely a good overview of what we do now, and what the future might hold. One correction -- we do analyze tweets, and it doesn't matter if the URLs contained are shortened or not. In reality, most Twitter clients auto-shorten tweets, so we pretty much have to be able to parse that. We just don't display tweets in our analysis results. Hi Malcolm — thanks for the write-up!
